A practical journey to explore

A CLOSER LOOK

Give learning activity a clear institutional home.

Teachers need a place to set the task and respond to the work. VidyOmni connects assignment instructions, due dates, learner submissions and grading in an authorized learning context, with separate controls for approved knowledge sources and online-class scheduling.

Learning workspaces

Review active learning spaces and their published assignments, submissions and scheduled classes. Keep the activity attached to its academic context.

Assignments and submissions

Prepare instructions, due dates and maximum marks, then publish the task. Receive supported learner submissions in the assignment record.

Grades with feedback

Record the grade, feedback, grader and reason. Maximum-mark checks help keep the recorded grade within the assignment’s defined range.

Reviewed learning sources

Prepare workspace knowledge sources and require approval before the current tutor demonstration can use them. Keep source references and citations attached to the response.

IN PRACTICE · 01

Keep teaching decisions and technology choices deliberate.

Assignments, online meetings and tutor demonstrations have different setup needs.

For the teacher

Define a task that learners can act on, then review their submissions and record feedback. Keep the assessment decision in the assignment context.

For the learning coordinator

Prepare source content with a title, reference and classification. Review it before approval for the supported source-based tutor demonstration.

For online-class planning

Record the class timing, provider choice, join window and recording-consent setting. Validate the external meeting integration before treating the scheduled class as a provisioned meeting.

Find the right contact route
Is the AI Teacher connected to a live generative AI model?

No. The current experience uses approved workspace sources with a local source-based responder, citations and explicit simulated status. A production generative AI integration and its evaluation are separate work.

Can we create a working Zoom, Meet or Teams meeting immediately?

The current learning workflow can record those provider choices and schedule details, but that is not proof of meeting provisioning. Confirm the actual provider integration, credentials and protected join flow before operational use.

What can we evaluate in the assignment workflow today?

Review an active workspace, create and publish an assignment, submit learner work and record a grade with feedback. Include a learner-access check and a grade above the maximum in the acceptance examples.
