A CLOSER LOOK

Keep administration close to the learning activity.

Training teams need to know who is enrolled, what is scheduled, what work is due and where a learner needs follow-up. VidyOmni provides connected academic and learning records that can be evaluated against your course and cohort model.

HOW IT WORKS

Start with one representative training offering.

Match the product to the way your institute actually delivers a course.

  1. 01

    Describe the course

Agree the learner group, academic structure, schedule and assessment approach.

  2. 02

    Prepare the intake

Review admission information, required documents and the resulting learner enrollments.

  3. 03

    Run the learning activity

Use scheduled sessions, attendance records and published assignments for the group.

  4. 04

    Review completion evidence

Inspect assessment outcomes and learner history against the completion process you have agreed.

IN PRACTICE · 01

Make the fit assessment specific.

Different training models need different evidence, especially where competency or external certification is involved.

Instructor coordination

Keep teaching assignments and learning tasks linked to their course context. Use published schedules to establish who is expected to teach each session.

Learner follow-through

Review submission, feedback and attendance records together. Use that context to decide the next conversation or intervention.

Specialist requirements

Document practical hours, competency rubrics, placement processes and external certificate rules. Confirm the supported scope before committing to rollout.

COMMON QUESTIONS

A few details
worth getting right.

Questions about your institution’s exact setup? Prepare a focused request.

Find the right contact route
Can we use course groups instead of school classes?

The platform includes courses, offerings, sections and learner registrations. Review a real cohort model with the implementation team to choose a consistent structure and identify any specialist batch requirements.

Does the platform include a complete competency or placement system?

A complete competency, training-hours, apprenticeship or placement workflow is not promised. Assignments, grades, attendance and academic records provide useful foundations; specialist outcomes need separate validation.

Are online meeting and AI services ready automatically?

No. Meeting provider selections require the corresponding integration and credentials to be verified. The current tutor experience uses a clearly simulated local source-based responder, not a connected generative AI service.
